This is the first time that a Malaysian cookbook is published in the Czech Republic. The book might be readers’ first encounter with Malaysia and it presents the uniqueness of Malaysian dishes from all parts of this beautiful tropical country. In the main part of the book, the lover of the Asian cuisine can find 50 original recipes, selected carefully so that they can be prepared at home while using ingredients available outside Asia. |
